We partner and work together – through principle-based, evidence-led, development efforts as only collective action will see us through the challenges of poverty, hunger, pandemics, environment degradation etc. and it is more important than ever to achieving the 2030 Agenda. We consider CSDG a vehicle for driving development effectiveness, to maximize the effectiveness of all forms of co-operation for development for the shared benefits of people, planet, prosperity and peace. It brings together central and state governments, organizations and civil societies who are committed to strengthening the effectiveness of their partnerships for development. It is through effective principles of partnerships and cooperation and their implementation that we can re-build and recover on a more equitable basis, for more sustainable results, driving the ‘Decade of Action’.
